TeleService Add-on Modules

GNL
The GNL module is used to autostart your voice lines. This module is required anytime you want to repeatedly start, time start, or delay start your voice lines. The module currently will not work with Non-Voice Lines. The GNL module may be installed royalty free, and does not require sentinal encoding. However, the GNL is considered a UDF and must be installed with software interrupt specifications and *.AP4 acknowledgement. Please contact Dial Evolution regarding these instructions, or read the manual, which is also included with the GNL program.

Fax Reporter
The Intel Satisfaxtion cards will save pertinent call and fax reports across 8 different ASCII records. These records are only linked with a CALL-ID number, and therefore require some sort of program to link these records into a meaningful report. Our Fax Reporter is the perfect program to do the job. This program will essentially pick the most pertinent data from the 8 different records, and will then merge it into 1 record/per call. This data is still preserved in its ASCII format, for use with virtually any reporting program. (Fields included: Time/Date stamp, Line#, Call Duration, #Pages Sent, Document Titles, Recipient Information, Success/Errors, and More!)

Constant Table Editor
The Constant Table Editor is the easiest way to maintain your program variables and its dialing parameters. Instead of the traditional DOS ASCII editor, we now have a menu driven program which allows easy modification to the *.PR4 & *.AP4 parameter files. This program is a must!

Dialogic D/41 firmware updates
Replacing your Dialogic firmware drivers can increase DTMF sensitivity as well as reduce unwanted TALK-OFF. These drivers should only be replaced by experienced users. If you are uncertain how to make these changes, please contact Dial Evolution for help.

Internet Shareware
last updated March 1998

P Here are some links to the shareware utilities that you'll need for navigating the 'net. These "direct links" should bring up the "Save File" dialog box in your browser, and you won't have to browse any further. These are our favorite shareware programs, none-of-which are Microsoft. If you have problems connecting to these sites, they could be outdated, but are likely just busy. Try again during off-peak hours.
